Exchanges and Returns

We hope you enjoy your ESPARTINAS! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return under the following conditions.

European Union

Customers within the European Union have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

Shipping costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders

Customers outside the European Union have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.

Shipping costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

All exchange or return requests must be submitted through our customer returns portal.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in perfect condition

  • Include the original packaging

Once the product is received, its condition will be inspected. After this review, the customer will receive an email confirming whether the refund or exchange has been approved.

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or order errors.
